Because all our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under standard circumstances.

EU Customers Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalized or made to specification. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your product is custom-made and therefore exempt from this right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders We take full responsibility for damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders. If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@mustlovegifts.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
