Every Mustlovegifts piece is made for you after you order, so delivery happens in two steps: we make it, then we ship it

Production time

Every piece is made to order. Most orders are made and shipped within 2 to 7 business days. During the holiday season, production can take a few extra days.

Delivery in the United States

After shipping, US orders usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days. A few items, like our tumblers, are made by a partner outside the US and take 2 to 4 weeks; the product page says so.

Planning for a birthday, a baby shower or the holidays? Order two weeks ahead and you're all set.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on what you order and where it's going. You'll see the exact cost at checkout, before you pay.

International orders

We also ship to Canada, Europe and many other countries. International delivery usually takes 2 to 5 weeks. Import duties or taxes may apply in your country; these are paid by the recipient.

Orders with more than one item

Different items are made by different production partners, so your order may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link.

Address details

Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order. If a package comes back because of an incorrect address, we're happy to send it again at the cost of reshipping.

Damaged or lost packages

Arrived damaged, or not the way you personalized it? Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a free replacement. See our Refund Policy for details.
